Paper OS workbench for governed scholarly writing
Build the paper project before the prose hardens.
SCRIPTO is the public workbench for PHAROS HSS Paper OS and Paper Series OS. It turns a topic, archive, or governance problem into a governed paper project with a visible node sequence, recorded handoffs, author-owned gates, and a bounded writing packet grounded in artifact classes, evidence hierarchy, recursive tests, and interface-bound controls.
The public app name is SCRIPTO. Scriptorium remains the longer method line behind it. The builder stays distinct from its companion tools: Dr.Sort handles corpus triage, LOTUS handles agency scoring, and ECHO handles listening through drafts.
The web surface offers a deterministic recursive builder: bounded, reviewable, and honest about what it does. It records project state locally in the browser and can export a portable project-control folder. It does not certify a paper as submission-ready or replace the full local HSS Paper OS runtime.
